Refund policy
At Unique Skill, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping
• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
